Each AI assistant runs on ChatGPT. The answer quality is generally much better when you are logged in, so we recommend using it while signed in. If you're not logged in, responses may become quite messy (with lots of incorrect answers).
Also, due to the nature of LLM-based AI, it may occasionally be wrong (it can "confidently make things up"). Please be patient with it. If you feel like "this isn't going anywhere," stop before it gets frustrating and contact us via email with your question.
